Our sessions run for 50 minutes. We have a short break during our Baby Sensory Play sessions to ensure that our babies do not become over stimulated.

Yes, babies under 3 months are welcome! From around 10–11 weeks, some babies begin to engage more, but the sessions are generally most beneficial from 3 months onwards when babies are more alert and responsive. However, you know your baby best, so it’s entirely up to you!

Yes! Our classes are designed to be a shared experience for both parent and child, encouraging bonding and interaction.

Comfort is key! We recommend soft, comfortable clothing that allows for movement and exploration. Both parent and child will need to remove their shoes and wear socks during the session.

For baby sensory play, please bring a blanket for your baby to lay on. For toddler music and movement, a water bottle is useful. We provide all the sensory and musical equipment needed for the sessions.

That’s completely normal! Our classes are relaxed and baby-led, so you’re welcome to comfort, feed, or step out for a moment as needed.

We offer two booking options: • Term booking (six weeks): This option provides a discounted rate, but once a term has started, refunds are not available. • Pay-as-you-go: If you need to cancel, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for a refund. If you’re unable to attend a class, you can cancel at any time by sending us an email or a direct message on Instagram.
